Existing Customer Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. New Customer Development: Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and sales volume. Quality Management: Handle customer quality issues, coordinate with internal departments to identify root causes, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate customer requirements, and provide timely follow-up on sales and quality-related matters. Sales Growth: Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

자격 요건

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in sales, customer relationship management, or quality management, preferably in the steel industry. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
